on the sale to the Azurit Group
The non-profit association Ev.- Luth. Haus Cordula e.V. operates and owns two care facilities in the Odenwald region of Hesse. The main home, Haus Kortelshütte, had around 80 care places by the end of 2012.
The Azurit Group, based in Eisenberg in the Palatinate, is a group of companies that operates nursing homes throughout Germany. Through the acquisition of Haus Cordula, the Azurit Group was able to achieve inorganic growth and gain two new, large locations.
