Saxenhammer acted as exclusive M&A advisor to SKB-GROUP on the sale of SKG Netzwerktechnik GmbH, a leading Austrian supplier of network technology and cable products including own manufacturing in Slovakia to Amadys.
Amadys is a leading end-to-end systems integrator operating in the Benelux, Germany, Denmark, Austria and Slovakia. In this transaction, Amadys acquired 100% of the shares in SKG Netzwerktechnik GmbH.
