Chris is a Senior Adviser at Saxenhammer and co-head of the CDI Global Automotive Sector Practice Group.
He has more than 30 years of experience executing international M&A, corporate finance and restructuring mandates at partner level in various countries and industries. He has been a partner at KPMG Corporate Finance, a senior adviser in EY's Automotive Transaction Services Division, vice chairman of Peters Associates (now Lincoln International), managing director of Grant Thornton's Recovery & Reorganization Division, and European principal of BBK, Ltd. a Detroit-based advisory firm that worked almost exclusively for General Motors, Chrysler, Daimler, and Toyota on global supplier issues.
He holds an MBA degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
