Carina Kueffen is a Partner and Managing Director at Saxenhammer.
Carina has been working in the field of M&A for more than ten years and specialises in advising on transactions in transformation processes. In addition to advising on carve-out and spin-off transactions for international corporations, Carina Kueffen primarily advises entrepreneurs and shareholders of medium-sized companies that are in a transformative phase of the corporate life cycle.
Carina has advised on more than 70 M&A transactions in complex situations across a broad range of industries and has extensive transaction experience, particularly in the industrial and capital goods, automotive, mechanical engineering, fashion and textile sectors.
Carina Kueffen holds a bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on corporate finance and is also a certified restructuring and reorganisation advisor.
