The portfolio contains professional language adaptation and subtitling for international featured films, television productions and corporate media content as well as barrier-free localization solutions.
Cinemedia AG had to file for insolvency proceedings in self administration at the local court of Charlottenburg. Cinemedia AG is an Entry Standard listed company at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN A1YDEE). Berliner Synchron GmbH and other affiliated companies were not affected by the insolvency proceedings.
Saxenhammer was retained by Cinemedia AG and Berliner Synchron GmbH to execute an international M&A process for the financing and the repositioning of the company.
