Marian Gerster joins M&A boutique Saxenhammer as Director

The 29-year-old joins from the Berlin M&A platform Carl. Until recently, he was Head of Marketing there. At Saxenhammer, he will contribute with his expertise to M&A advisory projects and the newly created digital unit.


Marian Gerster joined the investment banking boutique Saxenhammer & Co. as Director.on April 1st. Gerster previously led the marketing department in his role as Head of Marketing at the Berlin M&A platform Carl.

In his new role, Gerster will be responsible for the sectors marketing and media. This includes online and offline marketing, as well as brand and business intelligence for the new digital business unit. The “Brand” area includes the brand presence of the Saxenhammer boutique and the “Personal Brands” of the partners and the management, “Business Intelligence” the use of CRM, marketing automation and data processing and visualisation tools for use by the M&A advisors.
